If Customer does not provide a notice of termination to Contractor within sixty (60) days of postponement or notice of postponement by Contractor, Customer waives its right to terminate the postponed Launch Service under this Paragraph 21.2 unless Contractor further postpones the Launch Service under Article 7. This office will apply the pilotage charges such as: Port Pilotage Tariff, Channel Fee Tariff and Launch Service Tariff (if used) according to vessel’s gross tons. If SpaceX causes or requests any delay or postponement to the Launch Date (other than an Excusable Delay), Customer’s payment obligations as established in Section 5.1 for the relevant Launch Service shall be suspended on a day-for-day basis commensurate with the period of delay or postponement of the relevant Launch Service requested by SpaceX.
